Aurora SFC Fusion A5 Evolution: The essential tool in your laboratory toolbox
The Agilent 1
260 Infinity Analytical SFC system is a modular system that consists of the Agilent 1260 Analytical SFC LC and the Aurora SFC Fusion™ A5 Evolution for pre- and post- conditioning of CO2. The combination of both systems, results in state of the art, low pulse metering that leads to extremely low baseline noise with high UV sensitivity and robustness, allowing the use of SFC in a routine laboratory environment. This opens up new application areas such as enantiomeric excess analysis and trace level analysis.
In addition, Aurora SFC Systems provides upgrade kits which allow for full conversion of an Agilent 1100/1200 series HPLC to a full analytical SFC system. With cost containment the focus of many companies, this approach reduces the overall cost of entry while providing an SFC system that delivers unparalleled performance.
Aurora SFC System, Inc. is offering the opportunity to receive a 10K credit on your USED analytical SFC pumping system against the purchase of a new Aurora SFC Fusion A5 Evolution module. Used in combination with an Agilent 1100/1200 HPLC systems, the SFC Fusion A5 Evolution module provides next generation analytical SFC performance and sensitivity, with ease of use utilizing the Agilent ChemStation.
There are no requirements regarding age or the current condition of your module, although it must be complete, and this program applies to any SFC pumping module from any manufacturer.

Aurora SFC Systems launches SFC Fusion A5 Evolution - Updated instrument provides next generation performance in supercritical fluid chromatography
December 16, 2011, Aurora SFC Systems, Redwood City, CA - Aurora SFC Systems launches SFC Fusion A5 Evolution - Updated instrument provides next generation performance in supercritical fluid chromatography
Aurora SFC Systems has released the new SFC Fusion A5 Evolution supercritical fluid chromatograph. This unit features a combination of improved pumping technology and a low noise, state of the art back pressure regulator, resulting in reduced baseline noise in UV detectors. Used in combination with a modified liquid chromatograph, optimized instrument conditions result in a noise specification of 0.05 mAU or better, far exceeding any competitor’s offering, and allowing for true trace level analysis. This second generation module offers improved ruggedness and reliability, as well as enhanced features for full qualification in a GLP/GMP environment.
